TIME AND DATE OF SHIPMENT
All confirmed orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days. Product’s shipment will depend on the product reaching the brand post production and then will be shipped to Scud Bikes. Upon receipt of the same at Scud Bikes’s warehouse, we will process the same for dispatch to you.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
There shall be NO cancellation for any confirmed orders once it is dispatched from our warehouse to the shipper. Orders can be cancelled and Refunds can be claimed if the order is not dispatched. Confirmation of dispatched order shall be communicated by email.
FULL PAYMENT ONLY
Orders can be placed through full online payments in advance, as the same order is confirmed and blocked with us.
DISPATCH TIMELINE
Once the product reaches Scud Bikes from the factory, the same will be processed for dispatch to you based on the timeline mentioned to you while you enter your pincode based on your location.

In the case of unforeseen delay from scudbikes.com or the manufacturer, J K Metals, our supply chain team will keep you informed and updated, every step of the way.
